Plain language, same as our privacy page. By requesting access to or using CreditSentry, you agree to these terms. We are a small team working with a handful of design partners, so this is short.
CreditSentry is currently invite-only and in active development. We may grant, limit, or end access at our discretion, and features may change as we build. Keep your account to yourself — one login per person.
CreditSentry monitors public information — SEC filings, rating actions, and news — and links each claim to its source so you can verify it. We work hard on accuracy, but we don’t guarantee that every item is complete, correct, or timely, and sources themselves can be wrong or delayed.
This is the important one. CreditSentry is an information tool, provided for informational purposes only. Nothing it produces is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Your investment decisions are your own, and you are responsible for verifying anything you act on.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditSentry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product develops; we’ll change the date below when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions? hello@creditsentry.net.
